Help Desk Analyst
MBC is an I.T. Service Management Company located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. MBC offers a new holistic approach to outsourced IT service and consulting for small businesses in the GTA. MBC is growing and we are looking for a Help Desk Analyst. The qualified candidate will work out of our Richmond Hill office, solving any I.T. issue that may arise for our customers over the phone but accessing there systems remotely through RDP. Issues are related but not limited too: Windows Servers, Desktops, Firewalls, Exchange Server 2003, etc. MBC is a Microsoft Certified Partner.
The qualified candidate will have a thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS and NAT policies, along with experience in the following areas:
- Exchange Server 2003 (Exchange System Manager)
- Microsoft Windows Small Business Server
- Terminal Services
- Group Policy
- Active Directory
- Working in a help desk environment
All candidates must have excellent verbal, written and communications skills in the English Language with a strong understanding for team work. Candidates will be contacting our customers on a regular basis and must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in the following areas would be preferred:
- SonicWALL firewalls
- DELL hardware
- Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Windows Mobile devices
We require that all employees are Microsoft certified, with a minimum of an MCP. This must be achieved within the first three months of your hire date, should you not already have this.
