Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist who has extensive experience working at a Managed Service Provider responsible for deploying technical changes to client infrastructures. Some examples include:

• Microsoft 365 Deployments (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
• Windows Server Migrations (On-Premise or in MBC Private Cloud)
• Network Refresh
• New Corporate WiFi
• Disaster Recovery Solutions

This person must have knowledge of all areas of a client network (Microsoft Exchange On-premise, Exchange Online, Switching and Firewalls, WiFi, and Windows Server). We use all the latest and greatest technology and enterprise-level gear such as Fortinet, Cisco & Dell. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and self manage on projects, and enjoy working with people.

This role is based out of our Richmond Hill office but travel around the GTA will be required from time to time. After-hours may be required for project cutovers.

Required Technologies:

• Understanding of and experience with N-central Monitoring Platform
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 to the latest version
• Experience deploying Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams
• Experience deploying Microsoft Exchange
• Experience deploying and managing Hyper-V and VMWare environments
• Experience deploying and managing Switches and Firewalls
• Strong understanding of L3 Routing, L2 VLANs, and VPN technologies
• Experience deploying SonicWALL firewalls
