Cloud Computing

Inside the Private Cloud environment are Cloud Computing Nodes called Virtual Machines. These server systems are fully private and dedicated to the customer’s application and network. Virtual machine technology within the MBC Private Cloud is provided by Microsoft and VMWare hypervisor technology.

The virtual machines are sized based on the workload requirements of the application and connected to appropriate storage options. The local area network (LAN) is virtualized (VLANs) for complete isolation with firewalls controlling fronted and backend network access.

These servers are fully managed, scalable and dynamic – ensuring your application is not impacted by peak load performance. Our support team handles the Operating System (OS) management and ongoing patching of these servers in addition to tuning performance of the cloud computing system.

Features:

  • Hypervisor technology from Microsoft and VMWare
  • Fully managed operating system
  • Monitored 24x7x365 for performance and uptime
  • Private VLAN (GigE) w/Firewall
  • Intrusion Detection and Prevention
  • Backup and Snapshots

Benefits:

  • Pay for the capacity you need
  • Fast provisioning and upgrades
  • Secure “your network only” data layer
  • Grow at your own pace
