With more than 12 years of marketing, customer success, and senior management experience, Tammy Nyman brings unique insight and expertise to her role as Executive Vice President.
Tammy is responsible for all aspects of the MBC business, which first and foremost means ensuring the Company is delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. She is passionate about technology, teamwork, and forming successful client partnerships.
Tammy earned her bachelor’s degree from York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising, Media Sales from Humber College.
Moise is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 40 years of experience. He is responsible for overseeing all of the MBC’s accounting practices, including, budget preparation, financial reports, tax and audit functions. Moise also directs financial strategies, planning, and forecasts. Supervising investment and raising of funds for business and studying, analyzing and reporting on trends and opportunities for future company growth, to name a few.
Tomer oversees all project execution and delivery from beginning to end. With over 10 years of experience, he also assists and mentors the service desk team whenever complex system issues are encountered.
Since day one at MBC, he has proven to be a viable part of the team. With multiple successful Office Moves, Infrastructure and Network Refresh Projects and platform migrations under his belt, you can count on Tomer to get it done.
Tomer graduated from Seneca’s Computer System’s Technology with Honours and has certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, and ITIL.
Tammy brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. She is responsible for everyday bookkeeping and accounting for MBC, manages the company cash flow, produces management accounts according to group reporting formats and timescales and to meet statutory reporting requirements.
Tammy graduated from Centennial College with Accounting and Financial Management diploma.
Maria is a creative marketing professional with a passion for building networks and communities to support business efforts and goals. With experience in the tech sector, publishing and healthcare, she has a unique holistic approach to marketing making sure that all the pieces of the puzzle, such as branding, strategy, messaging and communications all work together to meet company goals as she continuously looks for creative ways to question the status quo. On a personal note, Maria has a passion for art, food and exploring the world around her.
Brad brings over 5 years of experience in the IT services industry. He provides leadership and guidance for the level 1 and level 2 technicians and is responsible managing the day-to-day operations of the technical team.
Brad also handles escalations and the scheduling of on-site resources.
With over 8 years of experience in IT services, Jigar provides leadership and guidance for the senior technicians and is responsible for the remote management and monitoring of over 400+ network devices, 400+ Windows-based servers, 50+ Linux-based servers and a 30+ of VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
Abdul brings over 15 years of IT experience in various senior technical roles including Director of IT. As a Solutions Architect at MBC, Abdul provides technical guidance to new and existing customers with deep insight into the virtual CIO services. Abdul holds a Master of Science and Information Systems as well as an MBA.
Taz brings to MBC over 6 years of Business-IT experience – both from a technical and commercial perspective. He possesses a broad toolkit of expertise having represented multi-national global firms at the Fortune 150 and FTSE 250 level. With a broad Business Development background and a run as Commercial Director with a leading technology advisory firm, Taz knows how to work with his clients to identify theirs needs, assessing their unique situation and creating business solutions. He holds a McMaster Bachelor’s Degree in Polical Science and has been the Account Manager on numerous high profile clients, resulting in customer success stories.
In his personal time, Taz enjoys playing sports and has an affinity for travel to exotic locations with his wife.
Mike is a self-professed computer nerd, with over 20 successful years of Account Management experience in the IT/Managed Services field… and about 500 pounds of outdated computer parts in his den.
A results driven, creative professional who excels at establishing, and developing relationships, and then creating opportunity by effectively grasping a client’s business model and their related challenges, and translating that into creative IT solutions.
With experience managing the needs of businesses of ALL sizes, Sole-Proprietor to Enterprise, Mike has always held the same philosophy… Don’t just take care of business, take care of the customer.
Jennie brings MBC over 10 years of organizational and HR experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments. She works with clients, management and employees to provide project plans and schedules, resource projections, etc. while covering the employees’ HR needs. Jennie graduated from the University of Manitoba with BA Hons in Psychology.
Hoikei brings over 3 years of experience to the MBC Service Desk. She is currently helping to train new technicians and guide the service desk through troubleshooting. With client satisfaction and timeliness in mind, she reaches to resolve tickets in an orderly manner together with the team.
