Terms of the SLA usually involve network connectivity and maintenance, active server monitoring, support specifications, permitted levels of downtime (if any,) the availability of system administrators, trouble ticket processes, software and security updates, firewall maintenance, and more. Every web hosting company will have its own terms and conditions when it comes to managed servers, so it’s important to compare various service packages.
